Dating IQ is a science-based relationship assessment platform that provides users with a personalised score and report based on their responses to a structured quiz. The platform is operated by its owner and is made available through the Manus AI hosting infrastructure. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dating IQ website, quiz, and reports (collectively, the "Service").
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Dating IQ, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we reasonably believe is under 18.
Access to the Service requires authentication via Manus OAuth. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.
Dating IQ provides a self-assessment tool grounded in established relationship psychology frameworks including attachment theory, Gottman methodology, and emotional intelligence research. The quiz, scores, and reports are provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only.
The Service is not a substitute for professional psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice. The results of the assessment reflect your self-reported responses at a single point in time and should not be interpreted as a clinical diagnosis, psychological evaluation, or professional opinion.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and scientific grounding of the assessment, but we do not warrant that the results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The free quiz and mini report are provided at no cost. The full premium report is available for a one-time payment of USD $16.50. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.
Our refund policy is described in full in the separate Refund Policy. In summary: payments are final upon completion, except where the premium report fails to generate, in which case a full refund will be issued.
All content on the Dating IQ platform — including but not limited to quiz questions, scoring methodology, report templates, design, copy, and code — is the intellectual property of Dating IQ and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your personalised report content is generated specifically for you and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, republish, or distribute your report or any portion of it.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms. Specific prohibited conduct is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. In addition, you must not attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm, scrape quiz content, or use automated tools to interact with the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Please refer to our full Disclaimer for further detail.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dating IQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $16.50, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to logged-in users via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
