Our refund policy is straightforward: payment is final upon completion, with one clear exception.

Policy Summary
All payments for the Dating IQ premium report (USD $16.50) are final upon completion, except in the single case where the premium report fails to generate due to a technical error. In that case, a full refund is issued automatically or upon request.
The USD $16.50 premium report fee covers the generation and permanent delivery of your personalised full Dating IQ report, which includes a deep-dive analysis of all five relationship dimensions, research benchmark comparisons, pattern recognition insights, and a personalised 30-day action plan. Once generated, your report is stored in your account and accessible to you at any time.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card is charged at the moment you confirm the purchase. Report generation begins immediately after payment confirmation.
A refund is available in the following circumstance:
Report generation failure
If you complete payment and your premium report fails to generate within 10 minutes due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of USD $16.50. We will also attempt to regenerate your report and notify you when it is available.
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
Change of mind
Once payment is completed and your premium report has been successfully generated and made accessible to you, the purchase is final. We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with your score or the content of your report.
Partial use
If you access and read any portion of your premium report, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase a premium report for the same quiz attempt more than once, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and, at our discretion, refund the duplicate charge.
Dissatisfaction with results
The Dating IQ score reflects your self-reported responses. We cannot offer refunds on the basis that you disagree with your score or find the insights unexpected. We encourage you to approach the results with openness.
If your report failed to generate and you have not received it within 10 minutes of payment, please use the form below to submit a refund request. Include your name and a brief description of what happened. We will investigate and, if the failure is confirmed on our end, process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed through Stripe. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days after we initiate it.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you believe your statutory rights entitle you to a remedy not described above, please contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
